20-X'ty X'es

The last ten years were nice. In that time we've seen the birth, rebirth, and re-rebirth of Legend Zero into what it (mostly) is today. There have been good times, better times, and downright bad times, but through it all you've been here and so have we, working together to build a community we can all be proud of.

So, for this first update in 2010, I can say I am proud of what Legend Zero has become, and what it is today, and I cannot wait to see what it around the corner for the community we all have come to know and love.

I'll tell you one thing though

CONTESTS!!!!

We all love 'em, and most of the time you guys get some cool stuff out of them. I’m here to say that we have a new contest in the works that will incorperate new areas of Legend Zero, specifically our Twitter account. Here’s what you’re going to need to know before hand.

1.   You should already be following us on twitter @Legend_Zero

2.   Watch the blog.

3.   The official announcement of the contest will be next week’s weekly update, along with the very first winner. Winners will ONLY be our followers, so make sure to click that button before then!

More Tweeting

With the little blue bird dominating the social interwebs, we thought it best to finally include it in the LZ Custom Video player. Starting with all new video players in 2010 all videos will have a “Twit this” button, that will post a status update about the video to your Twitter feed. All you have to do is confirm the posting and in two clicks you have let everyone on the internet know about the online awesome that you are specatating. The button will be unmissable on all play for the new year, and has already made its way into a few of the KG players as a test.

To keep the blog flowing with more and more content, we’ll be keeping our weekly updates a bit shorter than they used to be, focusing more on the broad strokes of LZ and mostly recoping what we accomplished each seven days. The blog is here for all of us, however, and if you have something you feel is news worth click the SUBMIT link below this board and fill out the forum you are led to. We’re going to be refining this method in the future, don’ you worry, but for now, that will do.

Good idea on keeping the LZ News to a minimum.  It seems we went full circle on presenting news.  lol!

First, we posted everything separate in a less blog manner.  Next, we condensed it all together is huge LZ News posts.  Now we went a little backwards and hit a middle road.  Of course, with it being a blog, that makes everything more understanding.
